Yes, but in what application do you open them?
Again; does the size indicate that the pictures are in tact (verify with
sender)?
Also again; do you directly open them from within Outlook or save them to
disk first?
Got a virus scanner integrating with Outlook? If so disable this
integration.

I am using Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word. I am directly opening the
pictures and an entire "picture frame" appears but only the top 10% is
visable. I have been receiving pictures sucessfully for years. When this
problem first happened (a week ago) there was something said about a
"Runtime
error"...and nothing opened-------then later the 10% appeared. I had various
people send me pics and the same thing happened! I can open all pictures I
have aleady on my hard drive.
