Problem opening Mobile Office .pwi files

My HP iPAQ is running Office Mobile which creates files with PWI extension. I
am unable to open these files in 2007 Office Word. I used to be able to open
these files in Word untill the last Office update. Does anyone have any idea
what the problem could be and how to get if fixed?

Microsoft has an ongoing regime of security measures, which sometimes
prevent converters from working. One plan might be to uninstall the update
that caused the problem.
