Problem opening outlook

Hi guys

I am hoping someone might be able to assist me in trying to figure out a
problem i am having with outlook freezing up whenever i try to open it. I am
asked if i would like to go into outlook in safe mode when i restart but
that freezes up too. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated

If you cannot start in safe mode, I believe there is an option to
Detect/Repair frm the origonal installation disk
