My GC servers are also my DNS servers. So it is safe to say, if DNS is
working, then is should see the GC servers. This is only happening to 2 out
of 60 users. I will try setting up the prf file. Thanks for your help.

It sounds like you might find something wrong with the machines connection
to their GC--they must connect to the GC before they will ever connect to
Exchange. I would suggest using Netmon to capture traffic and see where the
network traffic is failing. In the mean time, you could set up the users to
open Outlook with a prf file, which will recreate the profile each time you
open Outlook. Check
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork -- look for
Whitepaper on prf file.Outlook, then when they open it back up, it says it cannot locate the
Exchange server. DNS is setup correctly. I have tested it several times.
I then re-setup the Outlook profile and it connect just fine. But once they
close it again, it cannot connect again until I reset it again. Any ideas! The greatest gift we can give back to him is the decision to use it
