Problem posting to news group with outlook express

I am having a problem posting to a news group. The message never shows at
the group, I have tried both a new post and responses to OPs.

Yet at another group I am able to post both new posts and responses.

The news group that I am not able to post to is rec.guns.
The news group that I am able to post to is alt.rec.guns.
Both groups are located in the same outlook express account.

I am using Outlook express 6.

Although it may be better for me to change to a new reader, I would like to
solve this problem and find out what I am doing wrong.

Outlook express and Outlook are two (similarly name) but v. different
programs. Try in an outlookexpress newsgroup.
