Problem printing in 2-page, 2-sided weekly style

I am using Outlook 2003, SP1. I want to print a 2-sided weekly style
calendar on 8.5x11, Franklin Day Planner Classic layout. Page 1 should be
blank, so that the full week, Monday to Sunday, is on facing pages. Instead,
page 1 starts with Monday to Wednesday, and the next pages facing each other
are Thursday to Sunday and Monday to Wednesday of the next week. This layout
worked just fine in all of the previous versions of Outlook that I have used.
