Problem printing Journal in outlook 2002

Ok here is the problem:

I use to be able to print my journal entries at the end of each week.
They printed 3-4 to a page, pending on how much text they contained.
recently I have only been able to get one to print per page.

I am locked out of being able to uncheck the box that says print new
item on own page (or something like that) I can not make any printing
changes. I am totally stumped. I also can not modify or edit page
style ie memo or tablet.

MS Office 2002 sp-2 with all updates.
Windows xp pro
printer: Hp 970 cxi


Please help I am a week behind at turning them in.

This is just a WAG but have you tried changing your message format to
another type, plain text, rich text, html?

OK Mike forgive me for sounding stupid, but what is a WAG? And How do
I change the message style? I can not seem to find those options.

WAG = Wise A__ Guess. Message format can be changed under
tools->options->mail format tab.
