Problem printing report from button on form

I have a form which has a button to print a report (eg. an employee ID card
etc). This works satisfactorily, except that when I go to print it my
printer (HP 1200 Laserjet) prompts me to press the 'Go' button on the
printer every time I wish to print a report. I do not have this issue with
any other software packages and cannot find any controls in Access that
would be causing this (although there is probably some control I need to
change).

Any help appreciated.

Not sure but check and make sure the tray selection and paper size settings
are correct on the Report, the printer set-up on your computer as well as on
the actual printer.

The problem is that most defaults are set to US defaults (legal or letter)
and you probably use A4 paper. That's why it is important to set the
Regional Settings correctly so that these settings default to correct
regional norms.
