I have an access database which contains a number of reports. Some
reports will print immediately from the printer icon on the toolbar,
others require me to press the start button on the printer (HP1200 up to
yesterday). I had never intended this extra step when I set up the data
base.
I have now changed the printer to a Lexmark E120 and the reports that
required me to press the start button on the HP1200 now require me to
hit the start button for every single page of a multi-page report.
Can anyone suggest what is causing this problem that requires me to
press the start button on the printer? This does not occur with all reports.
