When I open Outlook the following appears:
The Add in C:\program files\mcafee\msk\mskolplg.dll could not be loaded.
This problem may be resolved by using detect & repair on the Help menu.
Then when I press "OK" is shows:
The add in C:\Program Files\Network Associates\virusScan\scanemal.dll could
not be loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect & repair on the
Help menu. I press "OK" and the Outlook works fine.
I have tried the Repair in Outlook many times & it does nothing.
This started after I formatted my Hard Drive. and Installed all programs. I
am now using Norton Internet Security. I looked in Add/Delete Programs in the
Control panel for Mcafee & Network Associates and they are not there. I did
not install either of them, so they should not be there.
Can anyone help me on a way to stop these annoying pop ups?
Thanks,
