Problem publishing form

Hi,

(Outlook 2002 SP2)

I have aproblem publishing a custom form that I modified. When I published
it I got the message:

"Unable to sucessfully publish a form due to a MAPI error. You must first
select icons for your form. To select icons, click the Change Large Icons
then click the Change Small Icons buttons."



This is thefirst time I got it. I modifie dthis form many times before.



I did clear the form cache and it did not help. I did reboot the machine and
it did not help either.



The form size is 482570 bytes. Could the size be the problem?
