Problem re-opening Word docs

Hello. Every time I try to re-open a saved doc, my program tries to
configure Office Small Business, then says File SKUICA not found, THEN gives
me system error 2147023179 which isn't even listed in the MS library error
codes. I cancel all these messages but my saved doc does not open -- there
is only a dark, blank screen where the doc should be. I've spent weeks
following every possible Help instruction, but I can't get anywhere. I am a
technical illiterate. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Have you tried running Office's repair option? (Where to find it depends on
which version of Office you're running, but it can usually be accessed from
the Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs [or Vista's equivalent, if you're
using Vista]).
