Problem rearranging worksheets

I have Excel 2003 and have a workbook with several worksheets. I am trying
to rearrange the worksheets in a different order, but the option to move is
greyed out and it will not let me just click and drag either. Any
suggestions? The workbook is not protected.

Does it happen in all workbooks--or just that one?

Are you sure that the workbook (not the individual worksheets) is not
protected? (I'm betting that it's structure is protected and you didn't notice
that.)

If you start excel in safe mode:
close excel
windows start button|Run
type:
excel /safe
and open your file

Does it work ok then?

Thank you! The document structure was protected. After I unprotected it the
users were able to make the changes needed. Thank you again.
