Problem receiving mail

I just installed a new hard drive and re-installed all my hardware, including
Outlook 2003. At first I was receiving my e-mail on my main i.d., just fine.
Then I added a couple other accounts and now I can receive e-mail on those
other accounts but not on my main ID. When the system tries to retrieve mail
addressed to my main ID, I get this message: "Your mailbox is temporarily
unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or
another mail application is accessing it. The server responded -ERR box
locked". My server is Comcast. I can log into Comcast's website and get my
mail there, it just can't be delivered to my home computer via Outlook, so
I'm thinking it's a problem on my end, not theirs. Can you advise?
