Problem retrieving word file from temp file

I have a problem. I created a document and then sent it
to floppy and then deleted the file and went to open it
on disk and it gives me some weird " Can not open Normal
File " error. Does windows not create a temporary file
when you create a document and save it somewhere? If so
How could I possible access that?

Hi Josh

Word doesn't save to or open from floppy safely, because once the floppy has
become the current directory Word tries to use it for all its temporary
files, usually running out of space and corrupting the document file in the
process. So the first thing to try is to copy the file back to the hard disk
and open it from there.
