Problem Running Access 2000

[Chuck]

I have Loaded Office 2000 onto a WIN ME machine. All
Components work Except for Access. Can OPen and Start
Creating a Data Base, Then get the Following error.
Required registry information is missing and this
application canot run. Please rerun setup to correct problem.

I have rerun setup 3 times. Completely Uninstalled
REbooted and REinstalled. Still same Problem...
