Problem saving Advanced Find of Tasks in Outlook 2003 (on Vista)

I recently installed Outlook 2003 Professional on a new Lenovo laptop running
Vista Business. When I create an Advanced Find using categories I created,
the function works, but when I click on FILE to SAVE the Advanced Find
results, it doesn't allow me to do so. I could do this without a problem in
Windows XP, so I'm wondering if this is Vista related? any suggestions on
how to solve? Thanks.

The ability to save searches through Advanced Find was permanently disabled
by security updates to Outlook 2003 that were released in January 2007.
Outlook 2007 just plain doesn't have the option.
