Problem saving changes in doc lib in SPS

Hello

I have created a project in Project pro 2007, the other users are handling
the project in PWA. I have linked a document to an activity in PWA from
documents library in SPS but the permissions from PWA doesn't sync with
SPS.

The result of this is that the team members can't do changes in the documents.

I can solve this by change the permissions in the project documents lib
In SPS in every project but this is a lot of work when we have a lot of
projects.

Why doesn’t the permissions from PWA sync with SPS doc lib? I'd hope it
would sync automatically.

All users are in the same AD and logged in to the domain. One user is the MS
Project Pro 2007 user and project manager. This user creates the projects and
document workplaces.
He then adds users to certain tasks, and uploads a document to a task.

When a different user (that has Full Control permissions on the doc
workplace and file) tries to open the document, this is always done in Write
Protected mode.

So it means the user cannot edit the document as required.

What to do? Any suggestions?
