I am trying to create a page template to share with my colleagues. I
followed the directions from MS as specified here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/HA102673841033.aspx
However, after I rename My Templates.one, the template does show up
under is own templates type/section in the OneNote templates task
pane, however the actual template has been renamed to what the page's
title was. It did not maintain the name given to it at the time when I
saved the page template as a template.
For example, I save a page as a template and give it a name "test
template". The page however has a title of "my page". I close OneNote
and rename My Templates.one to Shared Templates.one, when I reopen
OneNote, I see a new templates type called Shared Templates but the
template that appears under it is "my page". It should be "my
template".
What am I doing wrong?
