Problem saving URL after SP3

Have Office 2K running on XP. Installed Office SP3 recently and now can';t
save URL's: get error message trying to do so. This is described in Article #
810646. Haven't been able to obrtain fix described. Anyone know a
work-around for this problem?

Did you try calling for the hotfix?

Call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them you're calling to
obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right up.
