Problem scheduling MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup add-in

I love this tool but cannot figure out how to schedule the backup sessions.
The reason for that may be that I can't locate the program itself (it just
occasionally appears and automatically backs up at Outlook shut down). When I
downloaded it I never saw an option for creating an icon for the program and
I can't find it using Start/All programs (though I do see it in Control
Panel/Add and Remove Programs.

Can anyoneplease tell me how to access and configure this tool?

Thank you.

It is a plug-in. It loads when Outlook loads, and unloads after Outlook
exits (well, Outlook exits after this plug-in exits and then lets
Outlook exit).

Look under the File -> Backup menu. PFB adds the Backup entry.

You don't configure for a specific time and date. The PFB plug-in only
runs when Outlook is running, it only performs the backup when you exit
Outlook (so the .pst file is not inuse), and it only does the backup on
Outlook's exit if the specified number of days, or more, have elapsed
since the last time it ran.

You folks are awesome. Thanks very much to both of you. Super helpful (and
painfully obvious, once I see where to go for it).
