Problem searching for AD groups

Hey

I have Project Server 2007 installed on the server. From the PWA I'm trying
to syncronize the resource pool with Active Directory.

The problem is that in the window with the title "Search for Active
Directory groups" isn't displaying any groups... AFAIK this page should
display a list of AD groups, but none is displayed. Above this list a
message saying this is displayed "The Search is limited to the Active
Directory forest on Project Server, the forest is ah.local".... ah.local is
the main AD group, it contains many groups...

I've tryed to search for AD groups in this window, but all search fails. I
even entered ah.local in the searchbox and I received a message that it
didn't find groups with that name

Why doesn't this window display the AD groups?

Hi Jeff,

I am not sure but these could be the following reasons:

1. Service account specified is a local account with no access to Active
directory.
2. You are logged in as a non AD account.

Try logging into the server with an active directory account and serivce
account/accouts specified should be AD accounts.
