problem searching in text

I am having some problems with the searching text in image feature. I use
the printout manager add on because I like to have each page from a pdf file
as a subpage, instead of scrolling down one very long file. However, after
using the printout manager, only the first page is searchable. Every subpage
after that I have to right click and enable the search image feature. Is
there anyway to fix this? I have hundreds of pages I would need to do that
to..and doing it manually isnt really an option.

This is a limitation of the printout manager. from Jeff Cardin's blog (the
author of the addin):

"This is an unfortunate side-effect of splitting up a printed document into
multiple pages in OneNote. The data is extracted, then plugged back into new
OneNote pages, where the indexing for the printed pictures becomes disabled.
Unfortunately, there is no way to control this behavior programmatically,
thus can't be automated. This is an issue we're aware of and looking at
fixing in a future release."
