Problem selecting Viewer choice on Pack and Go

The "viewer for Microsoft Windows" is grayed out in the Pack and Go option.
I downloaded the viewer but it still does not give me the ability to choose
this option in the Pack and Go. Where do i go to get this feature installed
and tied into the Pack and Go program, not as a seperate entity? I am using
Powerpoint 2002 SP3.
