Problem sending email through Word 2002 using Drop-Down Form field.

I am creating a template email in Word 2002. Within the template I
have a Drop-Down Form field where the user can choose 1 of 4 options.
The problem I am having is when I send the email through Word the text
in the Drop-Down box does not appear in the received email.

Any ideas?
