Problem sending I calendars

Hi there

I recently have had a small problem with an outlook client running on one of
our desktop machines. I am attempting to forward and Icalendar to another
user and the following message appears when I am attempting to do this.

Cannot create file olktmp.ics, right click on the folder you wish to create
the file in and click on properties and select the permissions........

i have searched around and cant seem to find the correct solution. Any help
would be really appreciated
