Hello,
I'm looking for some troubleshooting ideas.
I have a user using Outlook 2003. In his profile, he has a pop/smtp
account pointing at the company that hosts our email. We do have an
Exchange server that has the mailboxes that the popped mail goes to.
I have at least 1 user ([email protected]) who can't send to 1 particular
user ([email protected]).
I signed onto the host company's webmail site and can send an email
from Joe to Bill with no problem.
I created an OE account for (e-mail address removed) and he can send to (e-mail address removed)
with no problem.
When signed on as Joe, using Outlook 2003, I can't send to Bill. He
never receives it. No undeliverable.
When signed on as Joe, using OWA, I can't send to Bill. He never
recieves it. No undeliverable.
Any troubleshooting ideas appreciated!
