Hello Everyone,
I'm using Windows XP w/ Outlook 2003 (Using Microsoft Word 2003 for
E-mail Editor). Language for Non-Unicode Program was set to "Taiwan"
in the Language setting under Control Panel
I often copy and paste Traditional Chinese character e-mail to the new
e-mail, then send it out to all my contacts.
However, I found they were having problem view my e-mail on their
computer with Internet Explorer 6 (Web E-mail), or other e-mail
programs.
So, I did a test on my Yahoo E-mail to see what is going on. The
e-mail I sent out contains only Traditional Chinese characters, but
I'm unable to read the e-mail I sent. I see only scrambled codes, so
I change the encoding to Traditiona Chinese (Big-5), All Simplified
Chinese (All Encoding), but it didn't do the trick. When I was about
to give up, I change the encoding to Unicode. Then everything worked.
I was wondering if there is a way to change to a specific encoding in
Outlook 2003 (Word 2003 Editor)?
