Problem setting up different laptop/webmail works/Outlook 2003/doe

I recently recieved a newer (extra from her office new to me) Dell laptop
from my wife.
While I had dueling laptops, I copied, checked & rechecked all of the
information to set up my account from my old laptop-to-my new laptop.

Upon completing the set up and sending a test message, I keep on getting the
following error messages *Send test e-mail message:the specified serverwas
found, but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the
port and SSL information was correct. To access these settings, close this
dialog, then click more settings and click on the advances tab

I'm sure there is some setting on this laptop! I actually receive the test
message I sent from my webmail account (from this newer laptop) to my older
laptop?
