Problem setting up e-mail notifications

I am using Project Server 2003. I have two "instances" of Project running. I
have the same setup for the e-mail notifications for both of them, but the
one instance will not work. Under the Admin section for "Schedule e-mail
reminder service", I get a message telling me that the reminder service was
not set up properly. Any suggestions? Thank you

Can you harvest the exact error message and post it along with the page that
you are on when you see it. This will help.

The message is "The reminder service has not been set up properly. Refer to
the Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 Installation Guide on the Project
Server computer (Start menu, Programs submenu, Microsoft Office Project
Server 2003)."

It's on the Notifications and reminders page within Admin/Customize Project
Web Access.

Based on what you've said, I think we need to take the error message
literally. I can't see your screen, but it appears that something is entered
incorrectly. Look for leading or trailing spaces, and other oddities. Try
removing all the data and save and then re-enter.
