Problem Setting Up Outlook 2007

I have the vista operating system and when I try to set up the trial version
of Outlook 2007 I keep getting error message "An encrypted connection to your
mail server is not available. Click next to attempt using an unencrypted
connection".

When I click next I get the error message "An unencrypted connection is not
available".

Can anyone help? thanks
