Problem Starting Business Contact Manager

So I installed Business Contact Manager from the CD, but can't seem to find
how to launch it from Outlook... The Folder shows up in the "Folders Window,
but I don't see the extra fields and menus when I open a contact record.
Also, if I go to the folder under Start/Programs, all that's there is the
link to help and the tours.

What am I missing?

Nope. No one, as far as I know, ever replied. Perhaps you should post the
question, and see if you have better luck. Let me know if you do...
