Problem Starting Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Harold Schultz

intermittently get the following message when I attempt to start Outlook
2003.. "Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open Outlook
Window. The set of folder can not be open. The server is not available.
Contact your administrator if this problem persists.

Outlook open sometimes. But usually when it's the first program open after
booting the computer. How do I fix this problem?
