Hello... I was wondering if anybody else has encountered this problem.
A resource completes and updates their timesheet for eg 10/7/06 -
16/7/06. The timesheet gets approved and then the project manager
updates the tasks to the project schedule. When you look at the
project schedule you can see that the actual hrs have been updated for
the said resource.
However, when the resource looks at their home page it still says that
they have an unsubmitted timesheet for 10/7/06 - 16/7/06. They go to
their task page and click update all button as the hours are sitting in
their timesheet but they get an error message saying that there is
nothing new to update. He then needs to change on the hours submitted
for a particular day and then change it back to what it was and the
system allows him to update and the whole approval process starts all
over again.
It doesn't happen all the time and with all the resources. It just
seems to happen at random and I can't seem to pinpoint what the problem
seems to be.
I would really appreciate any advise on this. Thank you.
