Problem synching with offline folders

I am using Outlook XP(sp2) on a Win2Kpro laptop. I am
trying to sync my offline folders with the online
profile. When I try, I get a message
that "Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error
(0x80070057) : 'Could not complete the operation. One or
more parameter values are not valid.'"
I have tried reinstalling Outlook, creating a new profile
on my laptop, making sure there are no rules on any of the
folders I want to sync.

Please Help!
