I have a centralized BCM database stored on a desktop. I also have a laptop
on which I connect to that database. Some changes I make to BCM data on my
laptop are accurately and immediately reflected on the centralized database
on the desktop. Other changes I make on the laptop are not reflected.
Example:
I created a new opportunity on the laptop, saved & closed, and that new
opportunity immediately appeared on the desktop centralized database. Then I
went back into that same opp. on my laptop, made a change to a field within
the opportunity, and saved & closed. I opened that same opportunity on the
desktop centralized database and the change to the field was not reflected.
I spent 3 hours on the phone with MS BCM support and they took me through
changing user permissions, reinstalling BCM, etc., when I knew that the
connection and user permissions was not the problem. It seems to be a deeper
issue. Any help would be very much appreciated!
Warm regards,
Ryan
