Problem syncing - Help

active sync 3.7.1
outlook 2003
ipaq pocketpc 3.0.11171

everything was working fine until yesterday. appears to
be a problem when syncing inbox. have reinstalled
everything i can think of.
exact error message is: "The instruction at "xxx"
referenced memeory at "xxx". The memeory could not
be "written". wcesmgr.exe application error.

looking at message boards this is not unique problem to
me. advise please.
