Problem syncing Palm with Entourage 11.2.1

Updated Microsoft Office to 11.2.1. Now I have two calendars and
contact lists in Entourage, and my Palm Tungsten E is not syncing with
the set entitled "On My Computer." I don't want my personal information
syncing with my company's exchange server, since I share a secondary
email account with a workgroup. I'm getting duplicate entries on my
Palm, as well as duplicate entries in Entourage.

The Entourage conduit syncs the address book/calendar associated with your
default email account. If your default account is a POP or IMAP account, it
will sync your local address book/calendar ("On My Computer"). If your
default account is your Exchange account, it will sync to your Exchange
address book/calendar. So, before synching, go to Tools/Accounts/Mail in
Entourage, and "Make Default" the appropriate account - in your case a POP
or IMAP account. After you run the script, you can switch the default back
if desired.

(If you have only one email address (the Exchange account), you can perhaps
make a dummy account. In Tools/Accounts/Mail/ click New and make a new "POP"
account where you enter your regular SMTP server as "Sending" and leave the
"Receiving" (POP) server address blank. you could only do this with an
Exchange address if your Exchange account is also set up to allow POP or
IMAP access - get the server address from your IT. Then you'd make this
account the default before synching, and you'd have to switch it back right
after.)
