problem syncing with Nokia Phone

I used to sync contacts between outlook 2003 and my nokia phone.
When I switched to outlook2007, all new Hebrew items I add to outlook are
gibberish in my phone.
Any idea?

Perhaps an update to Nokia PC Suite is avilable?
