Problem to create project workspace

hi:
I have a problem to create the project workspace. When I publish and select
to create the workspace together, it always reports me the error that the
Project UID is invalid. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Have you customised the workspace template? If so I'm assuming you used a
template from a workspace already bound to a project. If this is the case
you need to replace your template with one created from a "clean" template.
See the SDK for a step by step guide.

Are you Project Manger? and check this one, go on the
Project Web Access > Site Settings > Sites and Workspaces and then click
on
"Site and Workspace Creation" see the if the Project Managers (Microsoft
Office Project Server) have the permission of creating the work space.
