Problem to delegate permissions

I'm trying to delegate permissions to the CEO's mailbox for her secretary.

A warning show that: "The Delegates settings were not saved correctly.
Unable to activate free/busy information"

Others users can delegate fine. I test ther user's mailbox in another client
computer and the behavior is identicall.

The client computers are running: Windows XP + SP2 / Outlook 2003
The server is running: Windows Server 2003 R2 EE / Exchange Server 2003 + SP2

Hi Milly. Yes I create a new mail profile for the assistant but the problem
is not solved. I try to delegate to another user, and the behavior is the
same. I configure the CEO mail profile in another computer and the problem is
not solved.

I think that the problem is related with her mailbox, it is possible?
