Problem uninstalling old trusted forms

I have been installing and testing multiple trusted
INfoPath forms over the past several months using an msi
file. All of these forms have the same
name "PolicyIllustration". We've been using the InfoPath
Beta, the pre-SP1 version and now the SP1 version of
InfoPath. I'm now having a problem installing our
latest version of the PolicyIllustration form and I'm
thinking it may be because I have 4 trusted forms already
installed with the same name showing up in my Add/Remove
programs, which I can't seem to get rid of.

When I try to uninstall these forms from Add/Remove
Program it fails, I assume because it can't find the
original install msi. (I get the msg: "There is a problem
with this Windows Installer package. A program required
for this install to complete could not be run. Contact
your support personnel or package vendor"). How can I
uninstall all these left over forms?

Could the fact that they are in there be causing me to get
an error message now when I try to open our latest trusted
form? (Now I get an error message "InfoPath cannot
create a new, blank form...The details
are: ..... "InfoPath cannot open the selected form
because of an error in the form's code. Exception has
been thrown by the target of an invocation." I have
the latest .NET Framework (1.1.4311) installed, so I don't
think the load error can be due to that.
