Problem using custom forms after win SP2 update

Hello,

recently I updated my windows XP with the SP2 update.
Works fine, only problem is that I am not able anymore to open one of
the customs forms I developed.
When opening a custom form, I get an error message saying "problem in
MS outlook. Program will be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience" and
the possibility to send a error report to MS.
Strange thing is that I can still use the contacts based on a custom
form which I made before the SP2 update. Only the creation of new
contacts based on a custom form is not possible.

Anyone with a solution for this amtter?

Windows XP Pro (+ SP2)
Office 2003
