Problem using Outlook backup in Outlook 2003

Hi All,

I Currently have problem with a machine running Outlook 2003.

The pfbackup.exe has been installed on this to enable backups and an
outlook.pst file is saved to a network drive.

However,

The person using this machine created a few extra folders outside of
the inbox folder, when the backup was run it only backed up the
root/main folders and not the extra folders.

So when Outlook was restarted only the main folders exist and
everything else was lost.

Are any of the other folders recoverable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Where were those extra folders created, in the main PST or a separate PST?

If the person created a separate PST, then it should be on disk still.
Search for it.
