We are having problems on 2 of our computers in viewing resumes forwarded
from Monster. One computer has Vista and Outlook 2003, the other XP and
Outlook 2007. When looking at the resumes in the email (not attachments), in
some sections words are in a list instead of paragraph, and there are also
several paragraphs of HTML code, which Monster says are Monster links that
should be accompanied by graphics. These links do not show in the resumes
sent to our other computers. This results in having a 5 page resume come out
as 8 or 9.
Monster replied with "Perhaps the resumes are sent in Html but your Outlook
is only configured to receive plain text emails". I am not sure where the
configuration is for receiving email, only see for outgoing.
Any help is appreciated.
