Problem Viewing Site

I designed my website using FrontPage. It looks good on my computer and
others, but I have viewed it on some monitors and it does not fit in the
screen. The user will have to scroll the bottom to view the right side of
the site. What is the best way to make the entire site appear on the screen
regardless of monitor? By the way, the width of my content is 800 pixels
(maybe this will help). Thank you.

Change the width to 760px to fit a browser 800px wide. This allows for the
vertical scroll bar and other chrome, but does not allow for any sidebars
the user has open.

FYI, the problem has nothing to do with the monitor or screen resolution
(except these define the maximum screen resolution and browser width) but
has everything to do with how wide the browser viewport is.
