I have an internet connection but when the internet explorer is running, I
cannot open the links from my e-mails in Outlook. When I click on the link,
it takes me to the open window in the explorer and the 2nd window is trying
to open (says Connecting) but never opens. When I close the entire internet
explorer, I get a Problem with Connectivity message. When the explorer is
closed, I am able to open the link without problem. I can also have several
windows open at once if I click on internet explore several times. My
internet provider said it's a computer problem and not internet problem. Dell
support told me it sounds like Outlook problem but they want money for
service. Can anyone give me an advise how to fix it and what settings to
