Problem w/Verizon DSL & Outlook 2003

I've set-up Outlook 2003 Profesional Edition correctly to send/receive
emails. When I click send/receive I get an error window that states "The
operation failed. An object could not be found." Additionally when I test
my settings I get an error message that states, "sending reported error
(0x8004010F). How can I configure Outlook 2003 to work with Verizon DSL?
