Problem when accessing the project center

Problem when accessing the project center:

There are no projects to view in Project Center. This is because you might
not have permissions on any projects or no projects are published.

And the Resource Center :
There are either no resources to display for this view or you do not have
permissions to view resources.

All permissions are correct and users have been setup. Projects have also
been setup and appear in MS project professional edition but not in the
project web access.

From your description of the problem, I suspect two sources:

1. Your project managers must actually publish their projects by clicking
File - Publish. This makes the projects visible in the Project Center page.

2. I suspect you created User accounts rather than creating Resources in
the Project Server 2007 system. In order to see Resources in the Resource
Center page, you create Resources first and then the system creates a
corresponding User account for each resource automatically. To correct your
problem, navigate to the Manage Users page. Click the name of the first
user to open the User account for editing, select the "User can be assigned
as a resource" checkbox, and then click the Save button. Repeat this
process for every User account you created. The Project Server 2007 system
will automatically create Resources for each corresponding User account you
edit in this manner.

Is the user in question a member of any other Groups other than the
Administrators group? If so, remove the user from all Groups except for the
Administrators group and let us know if this resolves the problem.

Can I suggest checking the Server Setting/Manage Categories setup and make
sure the Project permission is set for All Projects or the projects have been
added to the Category view.

In the upper right-corner of the Resource Center, there is a View pick list.
I am assuming you have the All Resources view selected. If not select it
and perhaps you will be able to see resources. Beyond this, have you edited
any of the default Resource Center views? Or have you applied a Filter on
the current Resource Center view? Let us know. But frankly, I'm running
out of ideas.
