PROBLEM WHEN CLICKING ON A LINK DIRECTLY FROM OUTLOOK

HELLO, I WISH TO KOWN IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME WITH THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM
I'VE BEEN HAVING WITH MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS. EVERTYIME I CLICK ON A LINK THE
FOLLOWING MESSAGE APPEARS:

"OPERATION CANCELED DUE TO SOME RESTRICTIONS IN THIS COMPUTER. PLEASE
CONTACT THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR".

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW CAN I SOLVE MY PROBLEM Y WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
